As part of the opening of our new bilingual section, we are recruiting passionate teachers ready to teach in English one or more of the following subjects ( September 2026 – Full and/or part time) :
* Sciences * Mathematics * History & Geography * Art * Music * Literature & English Language

Main responsibilities include:
- Teach students in mixed-level classes, support students’ progress and provide individualized guidance during class time . Adapt teaching to students’ needs (differentiated instruction, flexible grouping, in-class integrated support)
- Prepare engaging and interactive lessons, fostering speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in a positive and supportive environment.
- Bring La Jonchère’s values to life on a daily basis through your teaching practices and interactions with students.
- Lead fun and creative workshops in English based on your interests
- Participate actively in school life, events, and educational projects
- Collaborate closely with a committed and dynamic team
Required Skills and profile
- Teaching degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree minimum – Level + 3 in France)
- Native English speaker or fully bilingual (as well as minimum French level A2)
- Proven teaching experience at middle and/or high school level
- Good knowledge and/or experience in the subject(s) taught in English is required
- International experience or exposure to different educational systems is a plus
- Experience with positive education approaches or strong interest in alternative education (non-violent communication, Gordon method, etc.)

- Organized, adaptable, warm, and reliable
- Able to track each student’s progress and adjust teaching accordingly
